Career Development Counseling
Finding your way to a career that is satisfying and rewarding.
What we can do for you
Our Career Development Counselor works with school leavers, recent migrants to New Zealand through to business professionals in assessing and interpreting work and life preferences, exploring presenting issues, researching options and identifying and developing future pathways for your career.
Sessions and duration
To maximise the benefits of Career Development Counseling we recommend at least:
- Three coaching meetings
- Session duration is one and a half hours in length
It is possible from time to time that some clients may already be fairly clear about what they want, and could require only one meeting; while other clients may need more consideration and guidance over four or five meetings. Call us to discuss your current needs, at which time we can provide a recommendation on the best course of action.
