ensure all bases are considered throughout the process of developing training material; and luckily is a flexible system that allows room for modification. Forms of assessments and evaluation.

Development of necessary material.
Development of encompassing resources and aids.
Test run and adjustments made based on feedback.
Launch the programme.
Implement to staff based on who needs to know first.
