On Maria Noone | Principal

Maria is the Director of Mozaix International Ltd, but prefers the nuts and bolts of being the principal trainer and coach where the strength of her conviction is to guide others in discovering choices for positive change. Since 1995 Maria has thrived working in leadership or training and development positions in customer facing environments; specifically having lead contact centres of 70+ staff, learning and coaching teams, been in a national trainer role, group management and other people development positions. She's had experience in the implementation of staff development and employee engagement programmes; and coaching programme development and implementation. She's worked within the freight and travel industries, and local government sector. Maria has either lead or contributed to award winning or finalist contact centres since 2001; and has been a registered Workplace Assessor. 

Keeping in check | 

Maria believes it's important to ensure the wellbeing of both clients and her when working together. Upholding her own values and the standards of wider communities, she actively belongs to associations and groups that support ongoing learning, knowledge and standards such as:

• The NZ Association of Training and Development (NZATD)
• The NZ Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NZANLP)
• International Coach Federation - Australasia (ICFA)
• Auckland Chamber of Commerce

Tools of the trade |

Maria uses a variety of tools and pulls on years of experience in leadership and training, professional groups, business process management, project delivery, train the trainer, programme design and delivery, workplace assessment, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Eriksonian Hypnotherapy and informal learning.

She is an internationally certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a trainer of NLP. Since studying NLP, Maria has realised the enormous benefits NLP can offer people in realizing the abundant choices in their lives and that it is within them to create many of the results they desire. Maria is also an internationally certified Life Coach. 

For organisations, Maria consults, supports and guides them with people development initiatives that ultimately engages staff with ongoing growth and capability. When working with people, Maria uses varied techniques to help them reach their goals, overcoming challenging obstacles and realizing potential. Her passion is in guiding others to notice the choices in their lives, and to live each day with purpose.

On Amie Maxwell | Associate Coach - Career Development

Amie is an Associate Coach with Mozaix, who specializes in Career Development Coaching and Counselling. Amie has graduated from AUT with a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Bachelor of Arts at Otago University. An associate member with the Career Development Association of New Zealand (CDANZ) she has over eight years experience in the New Zealand labour market, specialising in recruitment services for some of our most recognized companies in both the public and private sector.

Amie strives in supporting individuals to find their career aspirations through a series of personal career coaching sessions, by firstly providing a platform to process their thoughts, Amie will then take them through an individualised process of exploring and reality testing what they want from work and life to arrive at clearly defined goals and actions.  

From school leavers, recent migrants to New Zealand through to business professionals, Amie supports her clients to start the journey to loving the work they do. Accredited with card sort tools including Lominger, Amie has also use MBIT to facilitate group sessions. She is also accredited with administering and providing feedback to several psychometric assessment tools including OPERA, Hogan and Saville.

On Brett Colman | Affiliate - Learning Management Systems 

Brett owns his own business and is affiliated with Mozaix through a shared vocational interest in providing learning opportunities and tools to people and organisations. His focus is to take the pain out of web development and assist you with all forms of website production.

Brett has over 12 years IT experience, enabling him to translate confusing jargon to plain english - taking a flexible approach to development, working and changing the requirements with you throughout the development phase. He has had exposure to management and programming with international airlines, utility, government organisations and small businesses. He has a unique mix of skills to understand your business/IT problems and issues, and translate these into cost effective and efficient solutions.  

Train Online is developed by Brett, and is a learning management system that will provide your business with a proven framework to organise and deliver consistent training and information to staff. The framework can be used off the shelf or customised for your particular requirements, coupled with powerful reporting and an easy to use interface. This is a tool to improve the training and performance of any organisations biggest assets - its staff.
