In consultation with the Contact Centre Manager or relevant Humarn Resources
or training personnel we can meet to discuss the vision, key objectives, values and behaviours etc driving the contact centre. Provide an analysis of the current environment; and then design a staff development framework that supports the contact centre leaders and engages the staff in building an employable future.
