The Mozaix Method is greatly focused on solution finding and action taking; less on problems, and steers clear of being fixated on individuals.

This tool alleviates the upwards funneling and overloading of key or senior positions by engaging teams and individuals to utilise and grow the powerful resource that already exists within them.
